You must bring your account to a positive balance within a 30-day period. Whether overdrafts will be paid is discretionary and we reserve the right not to pay. For example, we typically do not pay overdrafts if the account is not in good standing, if the customer is not making regular deposits, or if the customer has too many overdrafts.
