Online Banking Enrollment

Enroll in Planters Bank Online Banking by completing the following steps:

• Review Planters Bank’s Terms and Conditions for Website and Online Banking.
• If you agree with the Terms & Conditions, make sure to click “I Accept” at the bottom center of the Terms page.
• You will then be linked to the Online Banking Enrollment form.
• Fill in the Online Banking Enrollment form and complete your enrollment process by entering your personal Planters Bank account information.
• Make sure to click the green “Enroll” button at bottom of form.
• You will receive a return email confirming enrollment within 2-3 days.
• Once approved, you can sign up for other Planters Bank Online Services such as Online Bill Pay, iDeposit Mobile and/or Zelle®.

Online Bill Pay

Features:

• Once you have Online Banking setup, you can choose to set up Online Bill Pay (the setup is within your Online Banking screens).
• You will have Secure Login and Encryption for maximum safety.
• Pay bills electronically (just like writing a Check … but much faster and efficient!).
• Setup and change List of Consistent Payees … to improve speed and accuracy of sending Online Payments.
• Search Bill Pay History.
• Access Zelle® ¹ to send money directly to someone you know (see Zelle information below).
• Account-to-Account Transfers … within most of your Planters Bank accounts.
• IMPORTANT NOTE: To setup and use Online Bill Pay, you must first complete “Online Banking Enrollment”

Enhanced Online Security

Due to persistent phishing attacks, Planters Bank has implemented an enhanced online security feature for Online Banking called Multifactor Authentication. You will get added peace of mind knowing that you are at the authentic Planters Bank website.

If you are a new Online Banking user, you will be asked to answer security questions when logging into your account. The enrollment process is easy and will take a minute or two. You will only have to do this once. To make your login experience even easier, you can "register" your computer with us, so that next time you login from that computer, we will recognize you. Ask any Planters Bank customer service representative for details.
